Service shortage occurred at server fi24.hostaan.fi on Friday, December 20, 2024 - in the early morning hours. This fault situation was related to a faulty cache plugin configuration of a single customer.

The investigation was started immediately and the cause of the problem was found and fixed by 7:38 am. We apologize for the invonvenience caused to our customers.

Addition: Unfortunately, the malfunction occurred again in the morning of Saturday 21 December 2024 and was fixed by 8:00 a.m. We are still investigating the root cause of the problem, but for now it has been localized to a technical problem of an individual customer. The issue is still under investigation.
