Server outage in HEL-2 server location

Our cloud server provider UpCloud had a node server issue causing outage for some of our servers in HEL-2 from Sun 2024-11-03 10:15 pm. Unfortunatelly the affected servers and websites and services they host were down during this outage.

The servers affected by this issue were fi16.hostaan.fi and fi20.hostaan.fi.

Corrective action was taken immediately upon detection and server issue was fixed by 11:30 am. We apologize for any inconvenience this 1 hour and 15 minute long downtime caused to our customers.
