Domain prices vary depending on selected TLD. From this list you can find all of our domain TLD's and their prices. Minimum registration period for domains is always 12 months.  

When you transfer your domain to us its registration pediod is renewed for minimum of 12 months. This is a mandatory process and some providers call it "Domain transfer price". For Fi domain transfers you will need registrar transfer key and for other TLD's Auth-ID which you can both request from your current domain provider.

All prices excludes VAT. Tax will be added to the price. Domain registrations and transfers are not refundable.

Domain Transfers

Transfering an already registered domain is possible too. The transfering process differs a bit depending on domain TLD:

Fi Domains

• Request a registrar transfer key from you current domain provider and order domain transfer from us using this key. We will take care of transfering the domain at the date you will choose.
   
• The minimum required time for domain transfer is 1 day after processing your order (or counted from other transfer date you have chosen in your order).
   
• Fi domain transfer does not require domain transfer fee, but our system will invoice its next renewal period and automaticaly renews the domain name before it expires. We will take care of renewing your domain automatically after that.
   

Other domains (com, net, org and others):

• Request Auth-ID (domain transfer key) from your current domain provider and order domain transfer from us using this key. Ask you current service provider to remove possible domain lock and domain privacy as well as ask them to accept the transfer request made by us.
   
• The required time for domain transfer is typically between 1-7 days after processing your order (or counted from other transfer date you have chosen in your order). If domain already resides on our domain registrar (Joker.com) domain transfer time might be only 1 day.
   
• All the other domains requires mandatory domain transfer fee, but it renews your domain for 1 year. Our system will invoice it from you and automatically takes care renewing the domain in the future.

Other things to be noticed!

Please remember to transfer your website from your current location to our server and don't forget to recreate your e-mail addresses with mailboxes to prevent any outage after the domain has been transfered. These tasks are up to you to do, but we will provide excellent instructions for our customers to do these tasks. If you are subscribing to our WP hosting plans, free WordPress migration is available by request. Just mention it about in your web hosting order and provide us access to you WordPress admin area. We will take care of migration for you. Free migration is not eligble for sites from WordPress.com.

If the website and e-mails on your current hosting provider are critical, we recommend to plan this process with care.

When ordering the new hosting package from us you can define unique transfer date for domains, so you can control when the transfer process initiates, thus having time enough for these tasks.

Your existing web site and e-mail should be working in your current service provider untill the transfer process is finished (unless your old provider's service is not expired before that).

If you don't have any critical web sites or email addresses - or you can transfer them within 24 hours after your order - you can define domain transfer to be done immediately.

After we have made domain transfer request, you should have at least 24 hours to transfer any files and e-mails from your current server to new one.
